The sound a few minutes ago after a summer downpour. I've never seen a rainbow like this right over the sound in 12 years of living here.  Isn't it beautiful?

    It IS truly beautiful. And the half inch of drenching rain for our gardens was welcome. The rainbow was a nice extra for you!

    we rejoiced with rain this week, too. what a relief! you got a rainbow, too! it looks like you might have been able to see both ends of it? pretty.
